Behringer has given an update on their Wave clone, stating "We have just completed the latest revision, which will now be sent to our beta testers for final approval."
It's also been renamed from BBG to Wave.

Behringer has posted an image of a synth's internals including circuit board layout, as a tease of a synth they are working on. Based on the the positioning of the knobs, buttons and screen, this is proof positive of a Behringer PPG Wave clone.

Behringer has posted that they have purchased the legendary 40 year old synths owned and used by 80's pop icons Tears For Fears, including the PPG Wave. The synths are currently being cleaned up at Behringer, and we can't wait to hear WHY they have purchased them, but we think you can expect to hear news soon on this site that Behringer will be creating a PPG Wave 2.2 clone.
